Quick question to narrow things down: are you looking for a Rider-Waite-Smith clone in cyberpunk clothes, or are you open to pip-style minors and extra cards? I’ve found neon-heavy decks read best in brighter light with matte or soft-touch finishes.
Also, depending on your experience, going full modern tarot decks can make it harder to understand the meaning of the cards. If you use intuitive hits from the artwork and symbolism of the cards it might be harder to get deep if the artwork is messy just for the sake of having it cyberpunk.
