I’ve been using the Cat Tarot deck, and it might be worth looking into! While I don’t think it comes as a specific book/deck combo package, the deck itself has a playful personality that makes learning enjoyable. Each card features cats in various situations that mirror traditional tarot meanings, which helps me remember the interpretations better than some traditional decks. The guidebook that comes with it is pretty thorough. It explains each card’s meaning while keeping that slightly sassy cat attitude throughout. The book relates everything back to cat behavior and psychology, which creates memorable associations.
You might need to grab a separate general tarot book for more spread ideas, but the included guide covers the basics well. The whole deck has an approachable vibe that takes some of the intimidation factor out of learning tarot while still respecting the traditional card meanings.
I don’t think you really need a book or guidebook these days. I like intuitive reading but there is so much advice online (I mean just look at the guide you linked for example) that you can find someone here to teach you everything you need.
