# The Devil Tarot Card as a Person?

When the Devil kept showing up for me as a personal significator, it kept pointing to anxiety and self-doubt issues I was dealing with. Figured it out when I started doing [shadow work readings](https://forum.thetarot.guru/t/shadow-work-tarot-tips/340) and it kept happenign more and more.

I started working through those mental blocks and I could see what the card was trying to tell me. The Devil as your highest self might be showing you what you need to work on.
