So I’ve been doing readings for a few months now, and karma keeps coming up in interpretation guides. But which cards actually represent it? I know some Oracle decks have a specific card for Karma but I mean what represents it in the RWS?
I always thought Justice was the obvious one. You know, scales, balance, what goes around comes around. But then I pulled the Wheel of Fortune yesterday and the guidebook went on about karmic cycles and past life stuff. Now I’m seeing karma mentioned with Death, the World and even some of the court cards.
I guess every card has some karmic angle depending on how you read it? Or are there specific ones that really nail the karma concept?

Waite frames Judgement as rebirth/awakening in his Pictorial Key, not so much about karma.
Still works as a reckoning moment. The Thoth deck switches things up, Justice becomes Adjustment, Judgement becomes The Aeon. Both cards shift toward balance, truth, and evolution. People often read this as karmic law or a cosmic audit of sorts. When I trace the numbers back, I notice agency and intuition themes linking the Wheel to the Magician and Judgement to the High Priestess.
