I remember when a three-card reading was all everyone did. We used to just do a past, present, future spread, but I think we’ve advanced our understanding of the cards a lot since then. Getting more mindful of the card positions means I think we get more from the tarot than ever before. I don’t know if I’d call it a more modern understanding but it’s certainly more developed.
